What is the cancellation policy at Hair by Krystee?
I accept cancellations 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment with no charge. Anyone calling less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to partial charge. In the case of a no call or no show for an appointment, you will be subject to full charge.
What forms of payment are accepted at Hair by Krystee?
Hair by Krystee accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit or Credit, Checks, Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Facebook pay and PayPal for service payment. Identification will be required for all payment methods. Please make checks payable to Krystee Dillon.
Do you offer a referral incentive?
Yes, all new referrals will receive 15% off a first time retail purchase with a service.
Where do I park and how do I access the salon entrance?
There are designated parking spaces at the front of the house. Please follow the pathway at the left side of the house and around to the back where you may access the salon through a sliding glass door.
